The solution · a self-help ecosystem

Everything your organisation needs to do AI itself, in one place.

Helyx3 is a self-help ecosystem for adopting AI responsibly. It comes in three parts that work as one: the books that set out the method, the Academy that teaches it to your people, and Our Journey, where your own organisation runs it, stop by stop, to its Target Outcome. You build the capability in-house, and our experts are there when you want them.

Explained as you go

You don't need to speak AI.

Every screen tells you what it is for, what to do next, and why, in plain English. The depth is there when you want it. The clarity is there from the first click, for the managing partner and the practice manager alike.

Plain English on every screenA short note says what the screen is for and what it feeds. Acronyms are spelt out.
One next step at a timeA guided tour walks the real screens in order, and says the one thing not to miss at each.

Part one · Read

The Library

Five books set out the method in full, and they live inside the platform: The Helyx³ Methodology (the complete guide), The Outcome Algorithm, The Ethical Algorithm, The AI Imperative and The Frontier. Everything in the Academy and in Our Journey is built from them.

  • Written for two readers: the leaders who decide, and the practitioners who will run it.
  • Read in the platform, beside the screens they explain, instead of on a shelf.
  • Versioned, never frozen: when the market teaches the method something new, the books update and you inherit it.
The Library: the books behind the methodology.
Reading in the platform: a chapter of the complete guide, with its diagrams.
Part two · Learn

The Academy

The Academy teaches the same method your people will run. There are two ways through all 39 modules, in the book's order: the Beginners Guide to understand it, with no jargon and no assumed knowledge, and the Practitioner Track to run it, at working depth. Both lead to a certificate.

  • Assessed in every module: scenario questions check that the method has landed.
  • Lessons lead straight into practice: what you learn is the method you will run in Our Journey.
  • Roles built in: learners, instructors with their own cohorts, and administrators for the organisation.

Part three · Practise and sustain

Our Journey: your organisation, on the map, to its Target Outcome.

Here is Our Journey on a demo engagement: Ardleigh Vance LLP, a 46-person law firm. Every picture below is the platform as it runs, stop by stop, with the AI officers proposing and the firm's own people deciding.

DEMO Ardleigh Vance LLP is a demonstration firm. Its people and figures are illustrative.
The ground everything stands on

Evidence base

Before anything is recommended, the platform gathers what the firm already knows about itself and grades how solid each piece is. Every number used later points back to something here.

  • A brief written in the firm's own words, section by section, ticked off as each part is confirmed.
  • Every figure graded, from raw data up to decision-grade evidence, so you know which numbers you can stand behind.
  • Nothing invented: where proof is missing, the screen says so instead of filling the gap.
The discovery brief: what the firm does, at what scale, and how it works today, confirmed section by section.
Every figure the case rests on, with the proof behind it and a grade for that proof.

X-Ray: measure today, before anything changes

Nobody starts from a blank page. Ardleigh Vance began from the customisable Legal template: a reference operating model for a law firm, with the stages, roles, steps, systems and hand-offs already laid out. The firm's people corrected it to how they really work, and the platform measured the rest. The template also drafted the first proposals for the future state.

  • One map of the whole operating model: who does each step, at which stage, and where the work changes hands.
  • Friction shown in red, so the places worth changing are visible at a glance.
  • Open any step to see where its work comes from, where it goes, and who has flagged it.

Outcome Engineering & Go-Live: design the change, sign it, switch it on

The platform proposes the future state, process by process, against best practice. Nothing counts until a person at the firm accepts, amends or holds it. Then each process gets its Process Control Record and two signatures before it goes live.

  • Accept, amend or hold every proposal. Nothing is committed on the firm's behalf.
  • One portfolio of all 50 processes: backlog, getting ready for go-live, and live.
  • Two keys to go live: a business signature and a governance signature, from two different people.

The portfolio: every process, from backlog to live.
The Process Control Record: what the AI may do, its rules, who is accountable, how it is watched.
Cleared for live: two named people, two keys.
3 Stop three

AI Service Continuity: keep it running, and keep it right

Once a process is live, the platform watches it against the targets its control record set. When a rule is broken it raises the incident itself, names an owner, and keeps a proven fallback ready in case the AI has to be switched off.

  • Incidents raised automatically, each with an owner and a priority.
  • A fallback for every live process, and the date it was last proved.
  • Every change to a live process goes through Change Control.
AI Service Continuity ManagerRuns each incident to closure and keeps the fallback exercised, so nothing depends on a process nobody can switch off.

4 Stop four

Business Performance: arrive, and prove it

The platform reports, in plain words, whether the firm is on course for what it committed to, and if it is not, names the single fix that would close most of the gap. That is the steering: an early warning while there is still time to act, and proof once the target is reached.

  • Projected against the commitment the firm signed, from its own readings.
  • The biggest single fix named, so the next decision is obvious.
  • Trends over time: how often people overrule the AI, by role, and what changed after the record was updated.
HR & Digital Resources ManagerTracks where the returned hours go, so the benefit lands with people and not as slack.

Your AI officers

Five officers most firms cannot afford to hire work beside your leaders: Chief AI Officer, Chief Ethics & Governance Officer, HR & Digital Resources Manager, Enterprise AI Architect and AI Service Continuity Manager. Each looks after part of the journey and can be asked about this engagement in plain words.

  • They propose; your people decide. Nothing is ever signed by a machine.
  • Ask the officer for the screen you are on and get an answer about your firm, not a generic one.
  • Each one brings real expertise, from best-practice architecture to ITIL service management.
